We offer worldwide and 24 hour delivery on all flowers, plants, balloons and gifts, so sending wishes to friends & family overseas is quick and easy.
Fresh flower delivery in Acton and the surrounding areas. Order by 2pm to have your flowers delivered on the Same Day. All our bouquets are hand delivered by our expert team.
The Flower Garden delivers to the London area with national and international deliveries processed through Iflorist. Delivery Charges apply. The Flower Garden can offer same day delivery with orders placed before 2pm on that day. Flowers will be delivered from Monday to Saturday between the hours of 8 am and 6pm. We do not deliver on Sundays or UK Bank Holidays. Delivery charges are stated when placing order online or by phone. For specific delivery times, there will be a surcharge. Please call to confirm. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Please make sure when placing your order that you have given us the full postal address of the recipient, any special instructions and your contact details including mobile, daytime telephone number or e-mail address as incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery. Special Instructions includes deliveries to hospitals, hotels and offices.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY
We will always endeavour to deliver your flowers within the proposed allocated time slot and in perfect condition. If the recipient is not at the address when our drivers try to deliver, a card will be left with contact numbers to ring for re-scheduling the delivery. After 2 failed delivery attempts a re-delivery charge of £8 will apply. The Flower Garden will not be held responsible for delivery of goods to incorrect addresses. You must check the delivery details when making your order so that we can provide the best service.
AMENDMENT OR CANCELLATION OF ORDER
If you would like to amend or cancel the order please notify us by telephone on 020 8616 4580, 24 hours before the delivery date.
RETURNS POLICY
Due to their perishable nature flowers are non returnable, however if your flower delivery is incorrect or damaged or you are not satisfied with the quality of your bouquet please call The Flower Garden direct on 020 8616 4580. We will endeavour to exchange your goods within 24 hours or offer a full refund.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute some of the contents or packaging with an item of equal or greater value. The substituted items will closely match the original choice. Should we feel that the order cannot be processed due to lack of stock we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative.

The personal information that you give us will enable us to process your order. We may use this information to contact you about our great offers or promotions and so that we can improve and develop the services that we offer. When making national and International orders your details will be processed through Iflorist members to complete the delivery. This information will not be used other than to carry out the order.
