Echeveria ‘Violet Queen’

Type and Habit:  Evergreen succulent perennial.
Average Height:  Each rosette reaches a diameter of 9-10cm.
Soil: Free draining, water less in winter, fertilise annually.Aspect:  Sun to part shade.
Foliage:  Echeveria ‘Violet Queen’ has rosettes of blue-grey foliage that turn violet-pink when they age, the pink margins being more prominent in cooler weather.
Flowers:  Orange, bell shaped flowers on a long fleshy stem.
Uses: Great in containers for balconies and patios, the foliage colour looks well in terracotta.
Features:  Hardy, low maintenance, decorative foliage plant. Produces offsets around the perimeter of the plant which can be left to form a clump or removed and replanted.
