The Crocus - 9cm is a beautiful spring flower, bringing colour to your garden year after year.
Latin name: Crocus.
Soil type: Well drained soil.
Feeding instructions: Multi purpose compost and general purpose fertiliser.
Planting instructions: Plant in full sun or part shade.
Flowering period: Feb to March.
Colour of flower: Yellow Gele - yellow, Striped Pickwick - purple, Flower Record - purple, Remembrance - purple.
Eventual height and spread: Up to 15cm (height) and 5cm (spread).
Perennial: Yes, will grow and flower year after year.
Hardiness: Fully hardy.
Hazardous information: Do not eat ornamental bulbs. Bulbs grown from cultivated stock.
Features: Ideal for naturalising in grassy areas or planting in clumps in borders, containers or rock gardens.
Varieties: Remembrance, Flower Record, Striped Pickwick, Yellow Gele.
Pot size: 9cm.
Care instructions: Let foliage die back naturally and the bulbs will flower again next year.
